Anix Apparel Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Anix Apparel purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return is initiated within 30 days of the original order date.

The item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

The item is not a final sale item, gift card, or part of a special promotion explicitly marked as non-returnable.
2. How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at support@anixapparel.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for your return.

Pack the item(s) securely and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and RMA number.

Ship the package back to the address provided by our support team.
Please do not send your item back without first obtaining an RMA number, as this may delay or prevent your refund.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@anixapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and cover any associated return shipping costs.
